He focuses on email marketing and is the king of split testing. Every now and then he digs into his swipe files to provide access the stuff that he has proved works. This time, he has put together a package of all his emails since 2004 - subject lines and the emails themesleves. This is my Instant Swipe Files Refreshed Review Instant Swipe Files Refreshed review I have participated in a few of Matt's launches. He always runs training for affiliates on how best to win and how to benefit from the launch momentum. A lot of the training was basic stuff, like writing a proper profile on Warrior Plus. One of the keys is affiliates who have had no sales are unlikely to be approved. He does not give review copies but he was happy for affiliates to buy through their own link. That is the same as a review copy but it does give a new affiliate a sale. Interesting example as to how Matt Bacak is a little different to other marketers. He is keen to help newbies. Instant Swipe Files Refreshed review How to Use Instant Swipe Files Refreshed As you can imagine a swipe file that contains 5,603 subject lines and 5,603 emails takes a lot of work to analyse and apply. Matt does provide some basic training as the bonuses - it is basic training. In the video, I suggest taking a bottom up view and a top down view. The bottom up view is to use the search function on the topic you are writing about – like Affiliate Marketing – and pick winners that use those words or relate to a launch on the topic. Of course it is a lot harder if your niche is not in the make money online niche - you might have to go email by email to scan for ideas or use search a little more creatively - dicounts, bonuses, download, launch - stuff like that. There is a top down way too using hte two bonuses. One bonus is 214 top sublect lines - it is a laundry list of short subject lines that work. Try them. Better still - see if you can use search to find the related email and then modify that. What stands out is the subject lines are short and catchy and do not have tricks in them. Simple stuff. The otehr top down way is to use the otehr bonus which is a set of proven split test winners. Generate your own subject lines and then scour the list to see if matt has tested hem - then use the winner from his test. Here are some ideas to summarise: Pick the subject lines that talk to you – use them. Use swipes to educate your list: A lot of his emails are in series on specific topics – “how to win back people”; “promotion tips” are two examples. Use them when you are stuck for ideas – search them; read them; copy them. Who Should Buy Instant Swipe Files Refreshed? Simple really: Anyone who is sending emails or thinking about building a list – use emails that work Anyone who is struggling to get great conversions from the emails they send (like me) And if you are struggling with email marketing have a good look at the upsells. Sadly, quality is dropping and one lands up with a list of freebiee seeking tyre kickers. I just have to look at my open rates to know. This training is all about buying smarter but more importantly about building a relationship to convert tyre kickers into raving fans. Price: Dimesale $27.74 last time I looked - going up all the time. OTO2: Secret Email Mastermind ($84): Yearly membership from Matt on his email approaches – the testimonials are amazing. Downsell is a monthly option – run for a few months, attend and learn hard before the monthly rate overtakes the annual rate. OTO3: Matt’s 20 Checklists ($97). If you are starting out, checklists are gold. These are specific to email marketing and list building. Downsell at $47. If you at all involved in Solo Ads, the first upsell is a good idea. I knwo it costs me $0.65 per lead on solo ads. It would be great to get open rates at 10% or higher. if you are struggling with email marekting success the mastermin makes a lot of sense. maybe buy in month by month and cancel when the monthly rate is about to overtake the annual rate (6 months) BUT make sure you learn and apply. Email marketing seem simple at one level. Truth is there are tons of things that need to be done right - checklists are a solid way to cover all the bases.
