Managing Blockages 1

What’s Blocking You? Fear Perhaps

The last two to three weeks have been really frustrating. I was making great progress on building leads for Internet Profits. I have been following a two pronged strategy of solo ads and Twitter ads for my paid channels.  The leads stopped flowing.  It is time to draw on the art of managing blockages. Blockages Emerge I have a source of solo ads which delivers leads in batches every two weeks or so – so I can just let it run along in the background. Well it was doing that just fine and stopped – not sure why but no new leads since March 27 = nearly 4 weeks. I did get a generic email saying they had had some...

Month 5 – March Madness meets Twitter Policies

March Madness meets Twitter Policies Been holding off doing a weekly review – then a week became a fortnight and then a month. It is so easy to get caught up with distractions and excuses and things to do that do not go that well.  My last review’s next steps were all about pushing along with Twitter ads. Increase click rates and build conversions. I was happy with the way click rates (when someone clicks a clickable card) were developing. February went from 0.99% to 10.79% on average. Week 13/14 – Targeting Twitter Ads

Targeting Twitter Ads Successful marketing comes from precise customer targeting. Online advertising makes this even more imperative – get it wrong is a recipe for wasting money with no returns.   Well it certainly feels like that in the early days. At the end of Week 12, I had improved response rates on targeting Twitter ads from 0.99% to 2.49%. That felt good. It would have been better to go the next level and get those clicks to flow to email addresses handed over. Week 13 tasks I set out here were mostly about addressing that part of the problem Improve response rates Get conversions. How did I do? As always I have made it into a video journal –...

Affiliate Oracle Review The Affiliate Oracle is a new training program designed for Affiliate Marketers. This is my Affiliate Oracle review – a first such review for me It was developed by my friend Adam Payne, who I met a few years ago in Tokyo, Japan. My mentor, Dean Holland is always teaching that people only buy from people that they Know, Like and Trust. Well Adam Payne is one of those people. He is an Englishman – that always helps the Englishman in me. I will borrow some of his words Anyone who knows me knows that I am tired of all the gimmicks and crap that gets created and sold.  A few years ago, I’d had enough and decided...
