Welcome to my Easy Repetitive System review. Kevin Fahey has become a master at product launches with a range of products covering software and information products and private label rights products. He has launched 2 7-figure businesses and one 6-figure business. In this new product, The Easy Repetitive System he brings together the approach and processes that have allowed him to launch more than one product every month for month after month. His real hallmark products are the Internet Marketing (IM) Checklists of which there are 44 all released in the last 2 and a half years or so.

Creating Easy Repetitive System Review

Kevin gave me review access to the front end product as I am an existing IM Checklists member and I was prepared to write a testimonial. As I am currently in stay at home lockdown I had a free day over the weekend – I sat down in one session and absorbed it all. I found he made complicated stuff seem quite simple really. I was excited to see my testimonial on the sales page. Here is my review.

What I like is it a mix of text based and video content. The text sections lay out the basic philosophy and the core approaches. The main video is a hands-on walkthrough as Kevin creates his latest IM Checklist product (V44 – Bing Ads) (not yet released).

I like text – I read faster than anyone can talk. I can print it out and write all over it. The show and tell videos are really key as Kevin shows what he does as he prepares IM Checklist 44. As it happens I use the same page builder he uses – Convertri. That made it really easy for me to follow what he was doing. Find an existing sales page – clone it – edit it for the product you are working on and keep working through all the pages for an existing funnel to create a new one.

Maybe the most important part of the training is the discussion about outsourcing and organising work flows. Kevin shares what he has tried and what has not worked. He shares what was a disaster and then lays out some ideas for an approach forward – he does outsource but it is all stuff that would take ages to do himself at much lower quality – e.g., graphic design for new products and copywriting for sales pages are the keys especially if you have access to product already written. Therein lies the secret key – find some PLR you can sell – get someone to edit it. Make some spiffy new graphics and get a decent sales page. That leaves product design and marketing in your hands – best get good at writing great subject lines and emails.

The heart of the Easy Repetitive System is to do stuff once for multiple uses – when you begin do not think one product, think 3. This reminds me of writing books – they always say an author should never approach a publisher when you have only one book written. Go when you have three so that you can deliver books two and three when the pressure builds – same thing here. Do three for one and learn the art of cloning and cut and paste.

Who Should Buy Easy Repetitive System?

My partner, Dean Holland talks, in his book The Iceberg Effect, about 3 roles in online marketing on the perfect path to 7 figures and suggests they go in phases.

• Phase 1 is The Connector – bring prospects to other people’s offers.
• Phase 2 is The Creator where you sell your own products. The Easy Repetitive System System really hones into this phase as its base.
• Phase 3 is The Commander where you design a business model to run 24/7 whether you are there or not. Kevin Fahey is his commander.

This product really suits someone who is ready to start launching their own products, maybe after a period in Phase 1 as an affiliate marketer. This does not mean it does not suit a beginner – the upsells have plenty of material that will plug any gaps in what a beginner needs to learn. I would say the course really suits the hands-on Internet Marketer – i.e., someone who builds their own pages – rather than someone who has that outsourced.

Of course, the most obvious candidate is the person who will implement. Do not bother if you are going to let this gather dust – buy a couple of pizzas instead. That is all it costs.

How to Use Easy Repetitive System?

You will get the best value out of the Easy Repetitive System if you move into action quickly.  Dedicate half a day to going through the course – read the words and follow along in the video (especially the one in module 5). Then use the list of niche areas that Kevin Fahey provides and choose a niche you would like to focus on – it always helps to pick one you are interested in and can get excited about.

I would lean to picking a niche that has a good supply of product for which you can get resale rights – either Private Label Rights (PLR) or better even Master Resale Rights (MRR). What this does is give you some products to work with. An easy example would be to join the IM Checklist trial which gives you access to 2021 checklists with private label rights. This means you can turn them into your own products for sale (check the licences about where you can sell them). If you are struggling with this step, watch the webinar which comes after module 10 – Kevin works through a niche area in which he has not experience.

Now you have an idea of products you might want to sell, sit through the training again and start working out your funnel. If you have bought some PLR or MRR product, you will already have a sales page – get that into your favourite page builder. Then follow along the hands-on module 5 again applying your own page builder versions. Getting stuff into your page builder is a key part of the easy repetitive system – you will be coming back again and again to reuse what you have created. Take good note as you work through what is easy for you to do and where you would benefit from outsourcing. It is a good idea to do everything first time around as that gives you a full list of activities (document them or record yourself doing them)  which makes it easy to instruct an outsourcer.

You are now ready with your first product and with a template for the ones after that. Now you can switch your attention to driving traffic. .

The main product is a mix of text based and video-based training. There are only 10 modules which take you through niche research to funnel design to traffic and evergreen marketing.

The hands on part of the training (module 5) is a walkthrough case example as Kevin creates his new IM Checklist 44 on Bing Ads. Watch him leverage work he has already done and leave open the pieces to be done by outsourcers – graphics and copywriting – it is like watching a master craftsman at work.

Now I did find the hands on video easy to follow as I use the same page builder he uses – Convertri – I know exactly what buttons he was pressing. You might find it takes a bit more to follow if you use a different page builder. I must say I did not struggle with what he did in WordPress and his membership site even though I do not use either – he explains everything.

One Time Offers

The people he has interviewed are the quiet achievers in online marketing, rather than the high flying gurus. I have watched two of the interview modules with Adam Payne and Steven Alvey. What struck me was the commonality between viewpoints but also the plain practical advice – Adam Payne says pick one thing, be good at it and outsource stuff you are no good at. Now I know Adam personally – he always says that just like a stuck record. That is gold because that is what works – it is not about secret hacks and special tricks or loopholes. It is plain simple stuff – find what interests a customer and what problems they have and offer solutions.

This is the upsell that really bridges the gap between what beginners know and what is presented in Easy Repetitive System and Project Restart. Every newbie needs some step by step training – this is a great price point for just that.

Downsell to OTO#2: The Essential 8 Package:  ($47). If the IM VIP training feels a bit steep or you feel you cannot absorb that amount of material, the Essential 8 might just be the ticket. 8 of Kevin’s most recent and best training programs from the IM VIP Training Series. These are mostly 2021 Releases

OTO#3 – The Biggest PLR Blowout Sale: ($314). This is the biggie as it gives access to everything Kevin’s released over the past 4 years including lifetime access to IM Checklist, 13 Pro volumes of Premium PLR Reports, lifetime access to Download PLR Products plus more. This was recently sold as a blowout sale and delivered $10.00 – $16.00 EPCs. Of note is 6 of the Premium PLR Reports products are not in the Internet Marketing niche.

Now for some simple maths – IM Checklist currently is $247 for first 36 volumes. Add in $3 for the trial and $18 a month to get all of 2021 releases. The 7 Online Marketing PLR Premium Reports go for $97 ($147 if you go for the Pro Version). The Health PLR Premium Reports are currently $37 each – and there are 6 = $222. So $314 feels like a huge bargain compared to $625 retail. I would urge some caution – do not do this unless you know you can deploy this amount of product. These products and prices will come back again and again – take them up when you are ready.  OR cherry pick the ones you know you will deploy once you are in a membership area – Kevin always provides access on an evergreen basis.

Downsell to OTO#3: IM Checklist Trial – $3 / $17.95 month.
Kevin Fahey has built a whole industry around IM checklists. This upsell is a classic example of how Kevin scales his business model with a recurring revenue product. The best part of the $3 trial is one gets access to all the 2021 checklists that have already been released plus the new ones that come out each month (2 per month). Bonuses: Easy Repetitive System Review

The key to buying a product like Easy Repetitive System is to start and to do stuff. I hesitate to add bonuses to product launches like this because they get in the way of doing stuff. Bonus shopping makes sense only if is not at the expense of actually using the product you have bought. That said I have looked for bonuses that will help the most with your own product creation journey.

My first bonus is some training on product creation. We can all do with some help on getting started with creating products. The Easy Repetitive System will help you crank out more and more in a repeatable way once you know what to create.

Building a new business takes the right mindset and solid personal productivity – two bonuses to help there.

Summary and Conclusion

I really liked the training as it highlighted the pitfalls and cut through the fluff. It was very helpful in thinking though outsourcing and when to rely on experts and when to DIY. The workshop training at the end is helpful too if you are just beginning to think about creating products in your niche – there is a way of thinking that will help you past your roadblocks.

The Project Restart upsell is a good addition if you are a relative newcomer to the arena as it gives the basic building blocks for you to follow – though it also has a product creation bias. Not everyone starts with selling their own products.

As for the other upsells have a look at IM VIP Training if you think you need a bit more of a beginner foundation. The Big PLR Blowout bundle is a massive bundle – only buy it if you know you can deploy that amount of PLR in your business.

The IM Checklist products are good products. I did buy access to the 2020 modules a little while back and I am a member. If the 2021 modules fit with where your gaps are have a good look. This is the list – 3 have to do with product ideas = good news.
