He started with a series in internet marketing – I bought them and I have deployed most. Now he is tackling weight loss and health as a niche. This is the 2nd in his Premium PLR Reports series covering the Health niche.

Again he has partnered up with an expert. He worked with Declan Doyle, who is a leading nutrition and health consultant who has worked with the UK’s NHS and some big corporate clients​. He also consults athletes in the UFC, Boxing, and British wrestling.

In short, he knows his stuff and in an area such as health and nutrition, it’s important that advice that is given actually works and is safe. The better news is he is a native English speaker – that works a whole better than a ghost writer from a place you never knew existed.

This is real, proper advice.

Let’s look a bit deeper – I made a review video. In the video I take a look under the lid to check the quality of the products. Then I go through a few key steps on actually using the PLR – like how to change graphics and how to deploy the sales and opt-in pages in HTML and Convertri.

I have spent quite a lot of time helping people to quit smoking. I use 6 D’s – Desire, Deliberate, Decide, Do, Double, Dream – 6 simple stages of building a new good habit. How do those stack up to Chapter 5.

  • Step 1: Clarify Goals: Get Desire in place = stop smoking
  • Step 2: Brainstorm Behaviours That Support This Goal: Make a deliberate plan of all the things you can use to stop smoking
  • Step 3: Match It To Your Current Ability: The plan has to cover off all the weak points too – like changing social settings in which smoking is comfortable/common/etc.
  • Step 4: Pick A Good Prompt: This is all about using reinforcing behaviours. Take the stairs; chew on a lemon; etc

Chapter 6 talks about tracking your habits. Ultimately this is what the Do – Double process is in a stop smoking campaign – Do start on Quit day. Get over day one and Double it – get over day 2 and Double again – get over day 4 and Double again. After 3 doublings the chemical addiction is almost nailed.

There is a nice story inside this chapter about how the British Cycling team got from only 2 bronze medals in 1984 to 12 medals in London and 11 in Rio – all about marginal gains – my concept of doubling applied in a different way.

This stepped back approach to Healthier Habits can then be applied to almost anything – makes a lot of sense to apply it in the start of 2021 to Weight Loss and Exercise for example, maybe bundle the offering you make to your followers from this funnel.

Summary and Conclusion

PLR is a great way to shorten your product creation processes.  Healthier Habits and Self Development is a competitive niche – just look at Google keyword results. That means you need great product to have a chance at success.

A quick reminder: 80% of buyers never use their PLR. 80% of the people who do just launch it as it is at a lower price than they should. You need to stand out from the crowd. The easy way to do that is to change the graphics – for Kevin Fahey’s products this takes a bit of work on one core graphic (the front cover) and then creating versions of the various products – do that and your product will stand out. My review video shows how easy that really can be. Combine with some other products and you will stand alone.

My take: If you are active in the healthy habits and weight loss niche or you have an audience that will be interested, this is a hot topic. My community in Yoga and Bodyweight Training will lap it up. If you use any of the page builders covered in the first upsell (OTO#1) that is a no brainer as it saves tons of time. Otherwise, just edit and implement the HTML pages.

The alternate product upsell is worth considering if you are already in those niches and are ready to deploy in weeks – otherwise wait. I was waiting when I bought Weight Loss but I have now moved as I see potential of a much better product combining all 3 into a programme. If you do wait, you can always pick them off one by one later. My advice is always to wait until you are ready to deploy.
