AI Bot Studio Review and Bonuses
Introduction: : AI Bot Studio Review
Welcome to my AI Bot Studio Review
If you’re looking for a game-changing tool to elevate your business, look no further than AI Bot Studio! If you already have a following on any of the Meta platforms this is for you. This innovative platform is designed to help you create fully functional AI chatbots in just minutes, and it’s perfect for anyone, whether you’re a tech whiz or a complete newbie.
Why AI Bot Studio is a Game-Changer
AI Bot Studio is your 24/7 customer interaction machine, allowing you to deploy chatbots across popular platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger with just one click. For a one-time investment of $67 (limited bots) or $297 for Pro, you gain access to a powerful tool that requires no monthly fees and includes commercial rights. This is a steal compared to other platforms that can charge upwards of $499 per month!
AI Bot Studio has been designed from the ground up to make initial set up (the visuals) and expert assistance working out of the box. You can have your first bot up and running in 10 minutes – give it a name – give it a topic area – give it a logo – choose an expert mode – and it creates a workable bot. Then you can easily train it with the expertise that applies to your business – give it a PDF or a website URL or your current Q&A materials as text or in a file.
Where AI Bot Studio is different to all the other chatbots builders is it does not deliver standardized and standard responses. It uses AI to personalize the replies to questions or comments = every reply is different in style.
AI Bot Studio stands out from the competition due to its unmatched simplicity and innovative features. Unlike other platforms that can be complicated and overwhelming, AI Bot Studio is designed for everyone. You can customize every detail of your chatbot, from its personality to its appearance, ensuring it aligns perfectly with your brand. These are the key dimensions to consider:
- Simplicity at Its Best: Setting up your chatbot is a breeze with AI Bot Studio. The platform guides you through four simple steps, making it accessible for everyone. You can deploy your bots effortlessly, even if you’ve never done it before. No need for complicated workflows.
- AI-Powered Training Options: AI Bot Studio allows you to train your chatbot using URLs, files, Q&A databases, and videos. This means your chatbot can become an expert on any topic you choose, providing accurate and helpful responses to your customers.
- Real-Time Building: One of the standout features is the ability to build AI experts live. You can see your chatbot come to life in real-time, which is not only exciting but also ensures you can make adjustments on the fly.
- Seamless Integration with Meta Platforms: AI Bot Studio makes it easy to deploy your chatbots on 3 Meta Platforms, Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp. The Studio does all the back office integrations – you do need a business account on each platform
- Lead Generation Made Easy: With the Subscriber Welcome Gate feature, your chatbot can automatically collect emails and phone numbers 24/7. This turns every interaction into a potential lead, helping you grow your business effortlessly. In the Pro Version, it is possible to build an interactive bot process for Instagram that replies to comments and sends DM’s
- Future proofing: The vision is to continue developing AI Bot Studio to meet a wider range of scenarios. Basically any platform that offers API access can be integrated into AI Bot Studio. Think the other messaging platforms like Google or Telegram or Discord. Think the shopping platforms like Shopify or Etsy. Think the autoresponder platforms like Aweber and Getresponse or even Sendy

Who Should Buy AI Bot Studio and Why Buy
First a step back to take a strategic view
There are two key things you should look for in a chatbot builder: the ability to customize it without any coding knowledge and great customer support from your provider
Let’s look at the most essential chatbot builder features one by one.
- AI chatbots: To put it simply, there are two types of chatbots: rule-based and conversational AI chatbots. Rule-based chatbots (also known as decision-tree bots) communicate through pre-defined rules and questions. Conversational AI chatbots are built using machine learning models, which allows them to understand context in conversations and give the best answer in a conversational way.
- Extensive customization and personalization options: You can maintain customer satisfaction by giving your chatbot a personality to improve your customer experience.
- No coding required: Two models to think about. No-code drag-and-drop chatbot builder interface is ideal as it provides a good user experience and is efficient for creating your conversation flowchart. OR an AI Training centre that trains the bot based on your materials – it will work out the flows based on the questions and the materials. No need for workflows.
- Great customer support: Bot building might seem easy to start but it quickly gets complicated. You want great support to understand why things are not working in your business flows and then get support to help solve them.
The obvious answer to the Who question is anybody who has a customer facing business, especially one that has a level of online or even telephone-based interaction. Given that AI Bot Studio is initially focused on offering chatbots integrated with Meta platforms, the next Who answer is everyone who is building and running around Meta platforms – you have a Facebook page or an Instagram business account or WhatsApp customer service. Now if you do not use these platforms this could be a good forcing device to solve two challenges in one go – build a social media presence on one of these platforms and start providing chat support that way.
A side-alley: Lead Generation using Instagram. Chatbots can be used also for lead generation and AI Bot Studio Pro includes specific tools to create an interactive comment and DM flow from posts you make. Short form reels or even a single image with a compelling text challenge is all you need. Here is an example I stumbled on the other day.
Set up the AI Bot to run the conversation from here on in. Reply when the person types the keyword (and they could be one of a few). Make a reply specific to the comment – then send the DM with a link to the mailgate page you have set up. Cruise around Instagram and see who is doing this – the one I found is not automated.
The next Who is answered by the fact the Basic (during launch) and Pro version includes a commercial license. This means that the next obvious buyers are anyone running social media marketing as an agency especially on the Meta platforms for clients. Now this is not a white label offering – it is a commercial license – you give the login credentials to your clients and they can work with what you have created. A white label opportunity is called Multi Client and is part of OTO#2 and Platinum and launches after this launch finishes (Feb 15 2025)
Where does that leave me?
My Internet Marketing business is a mixed up affair. It is based around affiliate marketing in various forms. Recent times it has been leaning more to supporting product launches (like this one) via email for a few trusted vendors and promoting a few high end programs. As such the game has been all about email marketing – building and maintaining email lists. I do have a bunch of Facebook properties like Mark Carrington Business Coach, which I have not been building on. Had I had one of these active and growing it would have been a no-brainer to build my first chat bot for one of those.
I also have a membership site built on Product Dyno which has not got any traction. A membership site lends itself to using a chat bot for customer support. And there is an integration to Product Dyno – time to get that off the ground.
Until not that long ago the main channel I was using to get leads was solo ads. Had a falling out with the solo ad vendor who then disappeared from the scene and not done a lot since. My Aweber account has 1900 subscribers – open rates from those in recent broadcasts is between 1 and 2%. This tells me that the list is dying. That leads me to the next thought for using AI Bot Studio – a whole different approach to lead building using Instagram (and the other messaging platforms as these open up). Watched a webinar with Chad Nicely and Jan Perdew – “no more Facebook ads” says Chad. I kind of like that idea.
One of the other things I have been mulling through is migrating the email lists that are not active through a re-engagement program onto a newsletter platform – got plenty of newsletter material to run a regular newsletter. Chat bot support for that would be a good avenue too for using the software. And Chad Nicely has his Letterman product in his software suite. I have access to that – becomes a good adjunct.
My game from here is to use AI Bot Studio as a forcing device to ramp up my business – leads, membership site, newsletter and product support for AI prompt kits I have available for sale. That feels like a lot.
How to Use AI Bot Studio?
Like all these things the key to using any new tool is to start. Just like I did above take a step back and do a review of your existing Meta platform properties. Start to work with the one you have the most traction with – i.e., where your customers are hanging out or your following could be cajoled into signing up for stuff or buying more.
AI Bot Studio works with Business accounts for the platforms only. Start your first bot in a business account if you have one. If not, convert one of he personal accounts to a business account.
For me that looks like leveraging a Facebook Page which has some followers – build a bot to interact via Messenger. Then build the first bot answering basic questions about your business or service.
If you do not have a following or property, do what I am going to do – start building a following using Instagram and get them onto a list OR start building a Facebook presence using a page or a group. This will need a little research to see which works best for your business. Pages are a bit like billboards – show your wares whereas groups are more for interactive stuff.
I looked it up
Facebook Pages are designed for businesses, organizations, and public figures to share their stories and connect with people. The main purpose of a Facebook Page is to build up a following of people who are interested in what you do so that you can share your news and messages with them.
Facebook Groups are designed for people to connect with each other around a common interest or topic. They’re a place where people can have discussions, ask questions, and share information and ideas. Groups can be private or public, and they can be open to anyone or closed to only people who are invited.
Get prepared for your first bot.
Assemble a few PDF’s or text documents or URLs that contain the answers to questions your followers might have. Create 3 logos – a wide one for the main bot and one smaller square one (it goes in two places). Here is a sample of a wide one from my friend Matt Garrett.
Login to AI Bot Studio and start to get first bot going.
- Set up API and fund account at Open AI (or use the Admin Account for starters) – follow the training
- Create your own Expert Assistant using Ready Expert – choose a tone – choose a category and then a ready expert. It then goes off and creates a prompt using AI. Easy enough to update the assistant anytime you want to get latest ideas. OR you can create an assistant from a Search Term – if the topic is not in the prebuilt ones. Make it specific to something you are working on
- Create Bot
-
- connect to assistant
- add quick buttons for the bottom of chat window
- add welcome gate (optional)
- Add in database materials – PDF – text files – URL- Q&A
- Change colours and add logos – do for Bot and page separately
- Add to Meta properties – needs Meta business account.
- Test it is all working.
Measure how it is going and dream up the next one.
AI Bot Studio Review Funnel
The funnel is quite straight forward – a front end with basic features and 250 bots (which I got review access to). The upsells then add in unlimited bots and Instagram automation. Upsells after that are a bit complicated – but the big one is Platinum which adds in Multi-client access and access to all new whizz bangs coming along. That is what I bought – the whizzbangs will be key to my path forward.
Front End: AI Bot Studio Basic
Limited to 250 bots – launch special includes commercial rights. There is a bump offer of a 3-Day Bot Workshop ($27). Got to say I am hard pressed to think about 250 bots and I have 20 properties – 10 each – give me a break
Price: $67 One Time
One Time Offers : AI Bot Studio
OTO#1 – AI Bot Studio Pro
Unlimited Bots: The OTO #1 version allows users to create an unlimited amount of bots which they can deploy to Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp or Instagram, or use its code in their site.
IG Automation: Enjoy the freedom to set your auto responder in Instagram so that whenever someone posts a specific comment your bot will take care of it.
This is the key for me – do lead generation on Instagram and kill any social media ads you may be doing.
Price: $297 One-Time
OTO#2: AI Bot Studio Multi-Client Version
This is NOT your typical agency white label because they’re committed to preserving the integrity of both the software and the brand.
However, users have the ability to add clients to their software, enabling them to monitor client’s bots and Instagram automation effortlessly.
Price: $497/yr
OTO#3 AIBotStudio Live Event
Virtual ticket for 3 day event in Las Vegas. Gonna guess that if you are there you can attend in person.
Price: $297 One-Time
Now those are the official OTOs – this is the Platinum upgrade
They get the PLATINUM version of the software which includes all of BASIC, PRO and Multi-Client and UNLIMITED DOMAINS! They get UNLIMITED CHATBOTS! They get the 3-Day “AI Bot Studio Workshop”
Sounds like Las Vegas to me
The first 250 Buyers get the Workshop Box! Last time I looked they were still under 250. This is a special link – get it here
Bonuses: AI Bot Studio Review
I had a huge struggle putting together bonuses. PromoteLabs are offering a massive array of bonuses from their library of stuff – especially their memberships. Hard to compete with the numbers until you get to the value – dig in. Almost every one of their bonuses I have already bought – some of them were long in the tooth 5 years ago – still useful but long in the tooth.
My bonuses all come from the last 12 months – how to train your chatbot and how to win using AI – all new stuff. A modest value at $333 but all fresh material never seen before. See the summary here – click the image for the details
Summary and Conclusion
In conclusion, AI Bot Studio is an incredible tool for anyone looking to automate customer service, boost sales, and enhance user engagement. With its easy setup, powerful features, and one-time investment, it’s a must-have for businesses of all sizes. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to revolutionize your customer interactions with AI Bot Studio! If you are not operating on Meta Platforms this is a go forcing device to do so.
What I really liked was the easy set up with some ready made assistants to get you going. I loved the drag and drop way of training your expert assistance. What is really different is every response from the AI bot is unique and not a standardized robotic interface. Two big kickers for me to buy was the Instagram Automation and the future proofing. This tool will move with my business
And if you have patience they will be rolling onto other messaging platforms before too long.
