Introduction: 16K Swipes Review

16K Swipes is a new product from Matt Bacak. Matt Bacak has been involved in the Internet Marketing industry a very long time. He focuses on email marketing and is the king of split testing. For 22 years, he has been writing his own emails and built an 8 figure business doing that. This year, he went out on a limb and hired a copywriter to write emails for him. He paid $2 k a month and ran for a few months – $16k was the investment. The results were surprising for a 16k investment that yielded over $2 million in sales from 219 emails. His newest product gives access to those 219 emails. This is my 16K Swipes Review

How to Use 219 Emails 16k Swipe

219 Emails is delivered as 44 PDF documents each containing 5 or 6 emails related to a topic or a launch of one of Matt’s products or webinars. Finding out which email sequence to use for one of your own products or launches is a little challenging. Short of reading them all, you only have a list of topics to go by. Some of them are obvious – list building, lead generation, email marketing, affiliate marketing, for example. Here is a snapshot of some of the topic list – some of these mean stuff to e as I was part of the launches – e.g., 7682 tests.

Here are some ideas:

• Pick a topic area you are familiar with from the list of topics – bought a product, selling a product, launching a product.
• Work your way through the emails for that topic.
• Focus on a few insights – subject lines, the style, the punchiness, the build up, the suspense, the scarcity, the promise.
• Try them out

What you will discover is the emails all follow a pattern. They are short. They are to the point. They do not hype things up overly. They do flow from day to day to build a story and a promise. They build scarcity in. The most interesting feature is they almost all flow to running a webinar. Webinars clearly still work no matter how hackneyed we think they are.

For me, I will be using them to help with style and brevity and with build up.

There is one other obvious way to use them – well it was obvious to me. Matt Bacak has quite a few evergreen products that he sells on Warrior+Plus. Simple really:

Anyone who is sending emails or thinking about building a list – use emails that work
Anyone who is struggling to get great open rates or conversions from the emails they send (like me)
And if you are struggling with email marketing have a good look at the upsells. Maybe the mastermind is the best bet – for a few months at least.

Of course, the most obvious candidate is the person who will implement. Do not bother if you are going to let this gather dust – buy a pizza instead. That is all it costs.

The 16k Swipes Funnel

How about the rest of the funnel?. The funnel has 3 elements which complement each other.

Front end: 16k Swipes 219 Emails. Product is running on a dimesale – I paid $8.31 – when I did the video the price was $8.46 – price will go up on each sale – was at $9.43 when I wrote this. I figured that if 10% of the email topics are useful = 4 topics and 20 to 25 emails – I paid $0.33 an email – at $15 it is $0.60 an idea. All you have to do is put in the time to find a golden nugget and apply it – the cost of the product is actually irrelevant.

I know for one the first sale I got last time was bigger than what I paid – and the idea came from the swipes and Matt’s training. Even better, one of those sales included a recurring membership upsell which pays $8.62 each month. The product sells – a 16% hop conversion rate is proof enough. I got 11% on Secret Email System – Matt’s stuff converts.

OTO1 : Guaranteed Subscribers ($18.83 on dimesale): This is a 60 minute video offering training on how to get guaranteed subscribers rather than guaranteed clicks. Solo ads was once a great way to build subscriber lists – that is not the case any more. My last solo ad run got me 500+ guaranteed clicks but converted only at 23%. Of the 87 subscribers who signed up, quite a few unsubscribed on day one. I made only one sale of the main product in my follow up series.

Guaranteed subscribers aims to solve this problem = the problem of low quality solo ads. I watched the video 2nd time around. It gives an alternate way to get leads on a cost per lead basis – not cost per click. It also puts forward a model for getting leads ready to buy rather than tire kickers. My last solo ad cost $4.02 per opt-in. This gets that to $0.51 with first name and email or even better.

Be aware that Matt has offered this product before as an OTO – do not buy it twice (like I did). Check before you hit buy.

OTO2: Secret Email Mastermind ($84): Yearly mastermind membership from Matt on his email approaches – the testimonials are amazing. Downsell is a monthly option – run for a few months, attend and learn hard before the monthly rate overtakes the annual rate.

OTO3: Matt’s 20 Checklists ($97). If you are starting out, checklists are gold. These are specific to email marketing and list building. Downsell at $47.

Email marketing remains the most powerful tool in an Internet Marketers armoury. The challenge is to get emails that are opened and that convert. One fast way to get the sort of success the gurus get is to follow one. Buy 16K Swipes and deploy one series in your business. Rinse and repeat what works. With dimesale pricing under $10 for the front end that is a no brainer choice – for the price of a pizza or two coffees.
